Krystian
Krystian is an engineer and a graduate of the Opole University of Technology. A car enthusiast since birth. He began restoring and modifying vehicles as a teenager. He also raced go-karts recreationally. In 2014, he started building and racing high-performance cars. Over ten years, he has stood on the podium 25 times in races across Poland and the Czech Republic. He understands that motorsport success requires continuous improvement. Krystian’s attention to detail is one of his greatest strengths, and often his most valuable asset.
Kasia
Kasia also graduated from the Opole University of Technology. Believing that learning and self-development are keys to success, she is currently pursuing two postgraduate degrees, including one in Personnel Management, reflecting her more than 10 years of professional experience. Privately, she is a cheerful wife and mother, whose natural optimism brings joy wherever she goes. In her free time, she enjoys physical activities — especially yoga — which helps her maintain balance between body and mind. She loves books and recently discovered a new passion: playing the violin.
Justyna
Justyna completed her master’s degree in physiotherapy at the Opole University of Technology. After working for several years in a fitness club in various roles, she discovered her talent for organizing and managing administrative tasks efficiently. Everything she does must be planned and orderly. She is currently expanding her management knowledge through postgraduate studies. Outside of work, she enjoys relaxing on her terrace with a book or working in her garden.
Kamil
Kamil graduated from a technical school with a specialization in logistics, gaining solid foundations in supply chain management and transport process organization. Although his education focused on logistics, his true passion has always been cars – their construction, mechanics, and everything in between. This deep interest in automotive technology has not only enriched his technical knowledge but also translated into strong dedication and commitment in his daily work with the team. Outside of work, Kamil is an active volunteer firefighter. He regularly takes part in rescue and firefighting operations, demonstrating courage, commitment, and a readiness to help others – qualities that also define his professional approach. His reliability, ability to perform under pressure, and excellent organizational skills make him an indispensable member of our team.
Marcin
Marcin is a metalworker who has decades of experience. He’s been working hard for over 30 years. But here’s the fun part – he is a dedicated viticulturist. He’s been immersed in work for more than 30 years. Yet, his heart belongs to viticulturism. His free time, he spends around nature, working in the garden, which brings him great satisfaction. On rainy days, he stays indoors reading a good book.
Marek
For Marek, disassembling a car down to the last screw and putting it back together in perfect condition is all in a day's work. His impressive technical skills, developed over the years through hands-on experience and a genuine passion for automobiles, mean that no challenge is too big – every project is approached with full commitment and attention to the smallest details. What sets Marek apart is not only his deep understanding of vehicle mechanics, but also his outstanding organizational abilities and mastery of logistics principles. He’s able to plan each stage of a task with precision, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and on schedule – always "just in time". This ensures process efficiency and timely completion, even for the most demanding jobs. In our team, Marek is valued not only for his technical expertise, but also for the calm, focus, and professionalism he brings to the workplace. He’s someone you can always count on – no matter the complexity or scale of the task.
Peter
For over 20 years, Peter has been thriving in his profession as an engineer – a role that is not just his job, but a true passion he pursues with full dedication. Thanks to his extensive experience and exceptional technical instinct, he can evaluate and optimize a structure at a glance in terms of stiffness, strength, weight, and balance. His approach combines solid engineering knowledge with a practical, intuitive understanding of materials and technologies. Cutting, welding, milling, or drilling – for Peter, these are everyday tasks that he performs with remarkable ease and precision. His workshop is a blend of experience, creativity, and flawless technique, ensuring that even the most complex projects are completed efficiently and accurately.
Marcin
Marcin is a truly dedicated automotive painter – a self-taught professional who turned his passion into a career. Although he graduated with a degree in education, it was his love for precision work with paints that ultimately shaped his professional path. His skills are confirmed by a master craftsman diploma in automotive painting. He has many years of experience working in various workshops and companies, which allowed him to gain extensive knowledge and become familiar with a wide range of technologies and painting techniques. He regularly participates in specialized training courses, continually improving his qualifications. Outside of work, Marcin leads an active lifestyle – he practices calisthenics, runs long distances, and has participated in marathons. His discipline in sports translates into precision and perseverance in his professional work as well.
Vasyl
Technology, precision, and creative thinking — these are the elements Vasyl combines in his work every day. He is responsible for 3D project development and bringing ideas to life using CNC equipment. His mission is to transform concepts into precisely crafted parts. Vasyl can model virtually anything in 3D and turn it into a real object — from concept to finished product. And vice versa: he can digitize real-world items for further processing, refinement, or reproduction. For him, Frameoff is a place where quality doesn’t need to be discussed — it just gets done.
Robert
Precision, experience, and passion – these three words best describe Robert. For years, he’s been restoring vehicle bodies and handling sheet metal work with expert care, bringing cars back to their former glory. Whether it’s a minor touch-up or major post-accident repair, Robert works with clockwork precision and an eye for detail. He always puts quality first, and his calm approach and steady hand ensure that every car is in the best possible hands. Outside of work, he’s a car enthusiast and a fan of classic vehicles – often found restoring vintage rides in his spare time.
Sebastian
Precision, experience, and reliability define his work. He specializes in automation as well as the operation and coordination of technical systems, ensuring efficiency and timely task completion. Trained as a locksmith and welder, he has developed his skills from a passion into a professional career. Precision and time management are his greatest strengths. Outside of work, he is interested in automotive topics, traveling, and good food.
Mateusz Bieńkowski
Mateusz Bieńkowski is the owner of RR Tuning with nearly 30 years of experience in engine building and tuning. He has collaborated with multiple rally, racing, and water racing teams worldwide. A true Motec tuning expert, he created the world’s first tuning map for the Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio V6 engine. His passion is for both fast and classic cars.
Tomasz Wasiewicz

He developed the worlds first free programmable Transmission Control Unit for the ZF 8HP transmission. 3x Polish RWD champion 3x Polish FWD champion, Turbo Lamik company was established for the needs of motorsport, 1/4 mile races another lucky person who managed to turn his passion into a professional activity.
