Krystian
Krystian is an engineer and a graduate of the Opole University of Technology. A car enthusiast since birth. He began restoring and modifying vehicles as a teenager. He also raced go-karts recreationally. In 2014, he started building and racing high-performance cars. Within ten years, he has stood on the podium 25 times in races across Poland and the Czech Republic. He is aware that motorsport experience requires continuous improvement. Krystian’s attention to detail is one of his greatest strengths, which often turns out to be the most valuable.
Kasia
Kasia also graduated the Opole University of Technology. Believing that learning and self-development are keys to success, she is currently pursuing two postgraduate degrees, including one in Personnel Management, which aligns with her more than 10 years of work experience. Privately, she is a cheerful wife and mother, whose natural optimism brings happiness wherever she goes. In her leisure time, she enjoys physical activities especially yoga which is helping her maintain balance between body and mind. She loves books, which she could immerse herself entirely—if only the days were longer. Recently, she discovered a new passion: playing the violin.
Justyna
Justyna completed her master’s degree in physiotherapy at the Opole University of Technology. After working for several years in a fitness club in various roles, she discovered her talent for managing paperwork and organizing her time efficiently. With her everything must be planned and buttoned up. Currently, she is expanding her knowledge in management through postgraduate studies. Privately, she is a happy wife and mother of two scamps who often turn her plans upside down—literally and figuratively. 😊 In her free time, she enjoys relaxing on her terrace with a book or working in her garden.
Kamil
Kamil graduated from a technical school specializing in logistics, but cars have always held a special place in his life. After hours he is a volunteer firefighter, actively participating in rescue and firefighting operations when needed.
Marcin
Marcin is a metalworker who has decades of experience. He’s been working hard for over 30 years. But here’s the fun part – he is a dedicated viticulturist. He’s been immersed in work for more than 30 years. Yet, his heart belongs to viticulturism. His free time, he spends around nature, working in the garden, which brings him great satisfaction. On rainy days, he stays indoors reading a good book.
Marek
Disassembling to last screw and assembling cars back is no problem for him, always organized and just in time logistics is his strong side.
Peter
For 20 years engineering is his passion. Thanks to his experience with one look He can optimize the the construction stiffness strength weight and balance. Cutting welding milling drilling is like piece of cake.
Marcin
Marcin - The Mechanic Who Hears Metal in Silence Marcin doesn't fix cars; he converses with them. Where others see pistons, he feels rhythm. Where they see bolts, he senses the order within chaos. A mechanic? Perhaps. But more so a poet of power, crafting verses in the fumes of combustion. His hands - a bit rough, a bit worn, yet precise like a watchmaker's. He dives deep into the heart of machines because that's where the truth lies. To him, an engine isn't a problem to solve but a story waiting to be heard. Suspension? A tale of tension. Tuning? Just another way to scream for „more." Marcin doesn't teach; he reveals. Sometimes he's silent because words can be too loud. In the quiet flows his wisdom - raw, unfiltered, as real as oil dripping down his fingers. You won't find cliches in his work. What you'll find is meaning - mechanical.
Vasyl
Technology, precision, and creative thinking — these are the elements Vasyl combines in his work every day. He is responsible for 3D project development and bringing ideas to life using CNC equipment. His mission is to transform concepts into precisely crafted parts. Vasyl can model virtually anything in 3D and turn it into a real object — from concept to finished product. And vice versa: he can digitize real-world items for further processing, refinement, or reproduction. For him, Frameoff is a place where quality doesn’t need to be discussed — it just gets done.
Marcin
Marcin is a truly dedicated automotive painter – a self-taught professional who turned his passion into a career. Although he graduated with a degree in education, it was his love for precision work with paints that ultimately shaped his professional path. His skills are confirmed by a master craftsman diploma in automotive painting. He has many years of experience working in various workshops and companies, which allowed him to gain extensive knowledge and become familiar with a wide range of technologies and painting techniques. He regularly participates in specialized training courses, continually improving his qualifications. Outside of work, Marcin leads an active lifestyle – he practices calisthenics, runs long distances, and has participated in marathons. His discipline in sports translates into precision and perseverance in his professional work as well.
Mateusz Bieńkowski
