Assessment of Vehicle Originality and Completeness Verification of VIN and component number matching, compliance with factory specifications and original equipment configuration. Preparation of photographic documentation. Identification and recording of missing or non-original components.

Agreement on the detailed scope of work, required finishing standards, and the proposed project schedule.

Vehicle disassembly, detailed documentation of all removed components, packaging and labeling.

Mechanical cleaning of the body shell in areas identified as requiring sheet metal repairs.

Sheet metal repairs according to client specifications – preserving the maximum number of original factory panels or replacing with new ones.

Immersion removal of old paint coatings and surface rust. Immersion application of KTL anti-corrosion coating.

Test fitting and adjustment of trim, bumpers, glass, and body panel alignment.

Body preparation for painting.

Painting in the variant agreed upon with the client: To factory condition, enhanced factory condition with improved visual and functional standards or to show-quality standard.

Polishing of paint coatings.

Assembly of the suspension, drivetrain and braking system.

Installation of lighting and electrical system.

Installation of interior trim, accessories, and glass.

Testing on a brake force measurement stand.

3D suspension geometry alignment.

Break-in and tuning of the drivetrain on a chassis dynamometer.

Final road testing to verify overall vehicle performance and functionality.

Delivery to the Client.
